EARNINGS TOURNAMENT® [BETA] OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Overview
The Earnings Tournament® [Beta] is a limited beta test of the Earnings Tournament platform and website. Participants compete by predicting whether a stock's opening price following an earnings announcement will be higher or lower than its previous closing price. The objective is to build the longest streak of consecutive correct predictions during the Tournament period.

2. Eligibility
The Earnings Tournament® [BETA] is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Participation is void where prohibited by law. Residents of Canada and other restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Pakistan, and any country subject to OFAC Sanctions, are not eligible to participate. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their entry and participation comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

3. Tournament Period
The Tournament will run for approximately four (4) consecutive weeks, with specific start and end dates announced on the Earnings Tournament® platform.

4. How to Play

Registration
Participants must create an account on the Earnings Tournament website to participate.

Daily Picks
Each trading day, participants may select one or more eligible stocks reporting earnings and predict whether each stock will open:

  • Higher than its previous closing price; or
  • Lower than its previous closing price.
  • Participants may make multiple picks per day.

Streaks

  • If only one pick is made on a given day, a correct prediction increases the participant's current streak by one.
  • If multiple picks are made on a given day, all picks must be correct for the streak to continue.
  • Any incorrect prediction resets the participant's current streak to zero.
5. Scoring and Leaderboard
  • A participant's official Tournament score is based on their longest streak of consecutive correct predictions during the Tournament period.
  • A leaderboard may be displayed throughout the Tournament for informational purposes.
  • Gap Gambler LLC reserves the right to correct scoring, ranking, or display errors resulting from technical issues, data inaccuracies, or platform malfunctions.

6. Prize
The participant who achieves the longest verified streak during the Tournament period will receive a cash prize of $250.00 USD.

7. Winner Determination
  • The participant with the longest verified streak at the end of the Tournament will be declared the winner.
  • In the event of a tie, tied participants will split the prize equally unless otherwise announced prior to the start of the Tournament.
8. Winner Notification
  • Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their account within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Tournament.
  • Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving a prize.
  • Failure to respond to verification requests within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
9. Account Requirements
  • A registered Gap Gambler account is required to participate.
  • Participants must maintain accurate account information.
  • Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
  • Gap Gambler LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
10. Beta Program Notice

The Earnings Tournament® [Beta] is a limited beta test intended to evaluate platform functionality, scoring systems, and user experience. By participating, users acknowledge that:

  • Features and functionality may change during the Tournament.
  • Temporary outages, bugs, delays, or data errors may occur.
  • Leaderboards, streaks, or scores may require adjustment if technical issues are identified.
  • Gap Gambler LLC may modify, suspend, or terminate the Tournament if necessary to preserve fairness or platform integrity.
11. Fair Play and Disqualification

Gap Gambler LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Creates or operates multiple accounts;
  • Uses automated tools, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods;
  • Attempts to manipulate Tournament results, scoring, leaderboards, or platform functionality;
  • Interferes with the participation of other users; or
  • Violates these Official Rules or the spirit of fair competition.

12. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners grant Gap Gambler LLC the right to use their first name, last initial, username, city, state, likeness, and Tournament results for promotional purposes related to the Earnings Tournament, except where prohibited by law.

13. Disclaimer

The Earnings Tournament is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on the Earnings Tournament website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participation does not involve the purchase or sale of securities, and participants are encouraged to conduct their own research and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

14. Limited Liability

Gap Gambler LLC is not responsible for technical failures, internet disruptions, data delays, platform outages, software errors, or other events beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the Tournament.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gap Gambler LLC's liability arising out of or relating to the Tournament shall not exceed the value of any prize awarded to the participant.

15. Privacy
  • Participant information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with Gap Gambler LLC's Privacy Policy.
  • By participating, users consent to the collection and use of their information as described therein.
16. Modifications
  • Gap Gambler LLC reserves the right to modify these Official Rules, scoring procedures, prize details, eligibility requirements, or other aspects of the Tournament at any time.
  • Any material changes will be communicated through the Earnings Tournament website before taking effect.
17. Governing Law
  • These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from or relating to the Tournament shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
