EARNINGS TOURNAMENT® Q3 2026 OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Overview
The objective of the Earnings Tournament® is to build the longest streak of correct predictions by forecasting whether a stock's opening price will be higher or lower than its previous closing price following its earnings announcement, as listed in the Earnings Gap Calendar on the Earnings Tournament® platform.

2. Eligibility
The Earnings Tournament® (“Tournament”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Participation is void where prohibited by law. Residents of Canada and other restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Pakistan, and any country subject to OFAC Sanctions, are not eligible to participate. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their entry and participation comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

3. Tournament Period
The Tournament will run for four (4) consecutive weeks, with specific start and end dates announced on the Earnings Tournament® platform.

4. How to Play

Registration
Participants may register at any time prior to or during the Tournament period by creating a Gap Gambler account.

Daily Picks
Each trading day, participants may select one or more eligible stocks reporting earnings and predict whether each stock will open:

  • Higher than its previous closing price; or
  • Lower than its previous closing price.

Participants may make multiple picks per day.

Streaks

  • If only one pick is made on a given day, a correct prediction increases the participant's current streak by one.
  • If multiple picks are made on a given day, all picks must be correct for the streak to continue.
  • Any incorrect prediction resets the participant's current streak to zero.
5. Scoring and Leaderboard
  • Longest Streak: Your official Tournament score is based on your longest streak of consecutive correct predictions during the Tournament period.
  • Leaderboard: A real-time leaderboard will display streaks throughout the Tournament for transparency and competition.

6. Prize
The participant with the longest verified streak at the conclusion of the Tournament will receive a cash prize of $1,000.00 USD.

7. Winner Determination
  • The participant with the longest verified streak at the end of the Tournament will be declared the winner.
  • In the event of a tie, the tied participants will split the prize pool evenly.
8. Winner Notification
  • Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) business days of Tournament conclusion.
  • Winners must complete any required verification process (including providing valid ID and completing a Prize Winner Affidavit) within fourteen (14) days.
  • Failure to respond or complete verification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Prizes under $1,000 USD will be paid via PayPal; prizes equal to or greater than $1,000 USD may be paid via PayPal or Wire Transfer.

9. Account Requirements
  • A registered Gap Gambler account is required to participate.
  • Participants must maintain accurate account information.
  • Unauthorized account use must be reported immediately. Gap Gambler is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access.
10. Verification and Withdrawal
  • All prize winners must complete identity verification (KYC) prior to withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals will be processed through third-party payment providers.
  • Winners are solely responsible for providing accurate payment information.
  • All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
11. Additional Terms
  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • By accepting a prize, participants grant Gap Gambler LLC the right to use their name and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law.
  • This Tournament is not affiliated with any brokerage, exchange, or the companies whose stocks are featured.
  • Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable laws.
12. Disclaimers
  • Tournament participation is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial advice or an offer to trade securities.
  • Participants are encouraged to consult legal and financial advisors as necessary.
13. Disqualification and Fraud Prevention

Gap Gambler LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Creates multiple accounts,
  • Uses automated tools or scripts to make predictions,
  • Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the integrity of the Tournament,
  • Violates these Official Rules or the spirit of fair competition.

14. Limitation of Liability
Gap Gambler LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Tournament. Total liability shall not exceed the amount of any prize awarded.

15. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gap Gambler LLC and its affiliates against all claims arising out of Tournament participation, except where caused by Gap Gambler LLC's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

16. Modifications
Gap Gambler LLC reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect.

17. Governing Law
These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Austin, TX.

18. Privacy
Participant data will be collected and used in accordance with Gap Gambler LLC's Privacy Policy. By entering the Tournament, participants consent to such use.
